Cooking & Application

Classic preparations: garlic-butter steamed scallops (5-8 min), plain steamed, gratin-baked, or hot pot — every style bursting with umami. Garlic-vermicelli steam is juicy; gratin is aromatic; hot pot is clean-sweet.

Storage

Keep live scallops refrigerated at 0-4°C and consume soon; cover with a damp towel to retain moisture. For short storage, refrigerate and enjoy within 2 days; discard any that have died.
